Curtains & Roman Blinds
Steam Vacuum
1. Vacuum dust and dirt from the fabric.
2. Use steam to sanitize the fabric and eliminate dust mites.
Machine Cold Wash
As our fabrics are 100% polyester, Select a delicate cycle or a cold wash with a slower spin. Use regular laundry detergent and spot test first. Let the curtains air dry naturally, avoiding the use of a dryer. Be aware that slight shrinkage may occur with machine washing.
Venetian & Roller Blinds
Regular Clean
Clean wooden blind slats regularly using a soft feather duster or a vacuum with a soft brush attachment. A soft cloth can also be used to dust the slats. Tilt the slats fully closed in both directions to dust both sides.
Wooden Venetian Blinds
Avoid using cleaners or furniture polish, as they may damage the slats. Do not get Venetian blinds wet when cleaning windows with spray cleaners. Protect wood blinds from rain or moist environments. If wooden slats are scratched, use touch-up wood stain markers for furniture to conceal the damage, testing the markers on a bare piece of wood first to find the best match.
Spot-Cleaning for Roller Blinds
For stains, use a cloth dampened with a mild detergent and water solution to spot-clean. Blot gently to avoid damaging the fabric. Note that spot-cleaning may leave a lighter, cleaner spot on the fabric.
